Frozen Pumpkin Leaves

Frozen Pumpkin Leaves (Chibwabwa, Squash Leaves ) are used as vegetable in many countries of the world, including Asia and Africa. The Pumpkin Leaves are rich in nutrients and they have the same taste as a blend of green beans, broccoli and spinach.
Pumpkin is grown everywhere, in Vietnam. Pumpkin growing areas are Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, some Central Highlands provinces and the Mekong Delta. Pumpkin is harvested both in fruits and leaves.
